Travis is an Exercise Physiologist at Cancer Specialists, who also holds a position at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Travis has over 4 years’ experience in working within the prehabilitation team and the Adolescent and Young Adult service, prior to this he was working at Deakin University within the Institute of Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN).
Travis completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University, and followed this was a Masters’ degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2016.
Travis has a passion for integrating exercise into cancer care for greater health outcomes. He has a particular interest in prehabilitation for major surgery and stem cell transplant candidates, and utilising digital technology in the health setting.
